1. Overview
At GymEdge, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our gym management platform. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Subscription Refunds
GymEdge offers a subscription-based service. Charges are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. After 30 days, cancellations will prevent auto-renewal for the next year, but no refund will be issued for the current year.
3. Free Trial
GymEdge offers a 14-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the agreed-upon subscription rate.
